Be The Ball...

It was a crazy day for the Kainz Family!  We started our day by going to Sioux Falls to drop off milk caps for the elementary school (over $500 worth!) - but that's all we had time for in Sioux Falls - Addison and I were very sad to not be able to check out our favorite store!  We had to quickly get on I 90 to Worthington to meet with Tovin's social worker from New Horizons Adoption Agency for our three month meeting.  Heidi was pleased with Tovin's progress in all areas!  We ended our night with a trip to Marshall to meet up with the Drietz family for a little Hunan Lion, bowling, and frozen yogurt!  It was so good to see John and Amy along with their three great kiddos!  We decided that the next time we get together it will be at one of the houses...the kids can go play and we can catch up!

Tovin and B had a great time sitting next to each other at the Hunan.  They talked tractors and trucks and shared each other's food!  They are only a couple of days apart in age!  I have a feeling they will become great forever friends!

Do all boys crash vehicles into each other and gut laugh about it?

On to the bowling alley...

All bowlers needed to wear shoes.  I was so surprised that they had a pair small enough to fit Tovin!

The kids had a great time, and B the youngest bowler beat everyone by a ton of pins!  He just seem to have the knack of rolling the ball straight, or he was just "one" with his florescent 14 pound ball!

Thanks so much to the Drietz family for a great evening out!

  1. Thanks for the fun! A great time was had by all! Ben loved looking at the pictures of Tovin and himself...he proceeded to make the same car noises and crashing sounds as last night! I think Grace sat at the computer all morning reading past BLOG entries! Keep up the good work! Love you! Waiting for the next night "out"!
