Tovin enjoyed his time playing in the sand. This is a new texture for him, he did a great job handling the feel of the sand! I hope that we will be able to spend more time down here this summer! Maybe we can create a really cool sand castle! First we have to clean up the sand from the fall and winter storms...one of these days that will get done!
Henry started a friendly water fight with E-beth. It was comical to watch. First Henry shook off next to her...
So, she threw a bucket of water at him...
Henry quickly ran onto the beach and shook off right next to her again...
E-beth kept running away from Henry...
but Henry was able to get the last shake in!
Addison's favorite Disney character is Ariel from the Little Mermaid...but Addison definitely doesn't take after Ariel's love of the water! Addison doesn't really enjoy water, she loves taking a bath, but the pond or the swimming pool are not her favorite! We have her signed up for two sessions of swimming lessons again this summer. I really hope that someday Addison is able to be comfortable in the water, and maybe become like Ariel! I was very surprised and happy to see her take her shoes off and walk into the water.

It was a great day for Henry as well!
