Making Progress!

Tovin is making some really good progress with his healing!  This morning he was able to get rid of many of the wires and tubes that were attached to him!  He still has his chest tubes in, this morning during doctor round the doctors decided to keep the tubes in until tomorrow.  He still has liquids coming from them, and his pressures are just not quite right!  I'm glad that they aren't taking them out too early, but I know that Tovin would like to start moving around!  Hopefully tomorrow is the day!

Tovin enjoyed his breakfast this morning.  We didn't want him to eat too much with his crazy stomach, but he was able to have some oatmeal, yogurt and chocolate pudding!  Erin L.  I think that he is going to take your nickname from you!  You're no longer Hershey Squirts...Tovin is!  Oh, how we love it when he poos...it's a day brightener!

He's just 3 days post op from major surgery...Just look at this picture of our handsome guy!  Have you ever seen anything this fabulous?  It's so wonderful...he's ready to get moving!  I stand amazed!

Back home Addison is doing well with Grandma and Grandpa.  She has enjoyed being able to stay up a little later at night, and all the treats that they bought for her to eat.  We have been able to talk with her every night and most mornings.  Last night was Auntie's surprise party (Happy early Birthday Auntie Sheila), she enjoyed playing with Nathan, Elizabeth and the Anderson boys!  We sure do miss our ray of sunshine!
